Unlimited coaching on-line meetings (other members may be at the meetings)

Help to set out your Personal Goals

Your Personal Goals written up for you, together with step-by-step action plans agreed to show you how to get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Your progress will be regularly monitored with you to help keep you accountable, and to help you move forward and attain your Goals. 

Your own personal Virtual Health Club Folder to keep all your goals, documents and progress notes neat.  This will be sent to you by mail after your subscription application is approved.

One-to-One coaching session 4 x 45 minutes per month.  These sessions can be via on-line meetings, via telephone, or via e-mail if you prefer (a combination of these is fine, just book what you want)
